Use this original 5 inch, 4 button DreamMaker, Aquarest control panel overlay with the factory original control panel 407012. (control panel sold separately)

This item is for the 4-button graphic overlay that fits on top of the control panel.

Now shipping the new Aquarest branded overlay with same button layout as previous versions -

up - down - jets - light

When purchasing the control panel 407012 here at Hot Tub Outpost. you get the overlay included - so no need to buy another one (unless you like keeping spares).

If removing an old overlay, begin at one side and peel it off slowly to get a nice, clean peel.  Then you can reapply the new overlay.

Control panel type also used in X-Calibur and X-Spa.
