Well there is good news and bad news. This item is no longer available but there is a much lower cost replacement BDLTSC18PPD, although the buttons will not line up on the overlay so you will need to get creative with a magic marker or other stickers. The shape of the one that works is rectangular.  But the good news is it is a lot less expensive than this discontinued one.

This Emerald Spa factory original SC1 and SC2 spa control panel with 4 buttons and indicator lights. This control panel comes with cord and plug as well as special overlay for Emerald Spas included.

The 50012300 is a 4 button control panel in this single pump, no blower configuration that is about 4 3/4 inches wide. The buttons are pump, light, temp up and temp down.

This control panel with overlay has 5 indicator lights.
