    Hot tub heater

Posted by Karl Beck on 28th May 2020

I never git to use the heater. My repairman thought I needed a new heater because the water wasn’t heating. It turns out that it was the whole control unit that was faulty. I requested a return of the item. I was told that if the unit had been installed I could not get a refund. My serviceman did install it and that’s when he decided to check the control board and And the control board that he had has the heater unit connected to it. Anyway, I’m out $137 and it’s my fault!
