Heater Element 5.5kW Titanium 10 3/4" 120v 240v Offset Terminals

Therm Products Flow Thru Element 1.375kW or 5.5kW 120v/240v model 12-0100F-K-TITAN is the titanium version of this heater element.

This flow through heater element allows for installation in heaters with or without thermowells. Terminals are spaced 1 1/4" apart, supplied with hardware. Metal bulkheads. Note that when installing this heater element in a dual sensor style heater assembly be sure to remove the element band from the long end. Heater element connection size 1/2" x 1 1/4".

The length is 10 3/4" and it is used in Brett Aqualine, Generic, Flow Thru, HydroQuip systems.  Heater element has the Titanium coating.

Note: When installing this element in a dual sensor style heater assembly be sure to remove the element band from the long end.  Why this tech note?  Because the long end may get in the way of the sensors. Sometimes it is ok. Just a suggestion to look out for when installing this heater element in heaters that have sensors (Balboa). If the band does not interfere with the sensor in the heater, you can just leave it on. If the sensor is going to touch the element, remove the band.  Typically these bands are installed with heater elements to help reduce chatter and also keep them away from components and edge of heater manifold.
