Technical Note: 110v vs. 220v operation - convertible spa pack.  Shipped with factory configuration for 110v-120v operation.

Spa pack may require conversion from 110v to 220v operation. Instructions are on the inside of the pack. Removing jumper wire and moving dipswitch may be required.Spa pump may be 220v in which case a white wire on W1 may need other end to be moved from white ac (110v pump)  to red ac (220v pump) to continue to operate the pump at 220v.
Ozonator will depend on if it is convertible or not. If not convertible, the ozonator can run off of 110v while the pump operates at 220v if so configured.

Important: Note that this spa pack comes factory configured for 110v operation.   Consult the inside cover of the pack for instructions on removing jumper wire etc. to convert to 220v if needing to operate the spa at 220 volts.
Hooking up 220v to a pack that is set for 110v operation may damage the transformer, circuit board or other spa pack components.  Be sure the spa pack is configured to the line voltage you are providing (110v factory configuration, 220v possible with modification per inside cover of spa pack instructions/diagram).

Conversion Note:  If converting to 220v operation, this must be done before powering up the pack. Also verify that the pump is also jumpered to receive the correct voltage from the circuit board depending on voltage of pump being used per diagram on inside of spa pack lid.
If the pump is a 110v pump, but the incoming power is 220v, this system can be set up for this as well. The spa packs are shipped with factory configuration for 110v hook up.  All the conversion instructions are on the backside of the pack’s cover.

If there is a question as to which operating voltage is correct for your particular spa model, please send your spa model information/serial number and we can check the correct voltage to configure the pack to.

We also include 2x free heater gaskets with this kit.

    Exactly What I Needed

Delivered quickly, thanks! This was to replace my old Nordic Crown II spa pack. All the connections were correct and it even came with a new control panel which looks much better than the old square one. It has an integrated temp sensor, so the old sensor in the spa is no longer used, so the wire is just coiled up and secured. Didn't want to take out the old sensor in the tub and risk a leak. Works like a champ!

    Better than the original

This control unit doesn't need the high temperature sensor; that would seem to be an improvement. Also, it remembers the temperature it was set for in the event of a power outage. Installation was easier than I was expecting.
