Caldera Spa 4 Port Water Manifold, 2 Inch Slip X 2 Inch Spigot With 1/2 Inch Slip Ports for 1/2 inch inner diameter hose.  The main hose connects to the 2 inch slip port and the 2 inch spigot port can go to other 2 inch ship components.

This is a PVC Schedule 40 water manifold for hot tub plumbing. Although Caldera uses this 4 port, 2 inch manifold with 1/2 inch slip ports, it is widely used by many hot tub manufacturers.
