Maax Coleman replacement spa pillow model 108198 in graphite gray with opening for optional logo dome / Maax pillow insert 106950.

This pillow has a single pin in back.

Note that this pillow is dark gray.  Numbers on back may say 103418 B but so does the light gray pillow. This one is renamed 108198.
