This control panel shows 4 buttons - Jets, Light, Warm and Cool with a center display and the authentic Garden Spas logo (11-0153-08 overlay included, not a generic Balboa overlay)

The topside is used in flowery sounding spa names including Gardenia, Azalea, Carmelia, Forsythia, Wisteria and Hibiscus among others.

Includes 7 ft. long cord and phone plug connector type.  (Control panel actually has 6 buttons, but 2 are not used in this configuration and the overlay had 4 buttons for a single pump system)
