Original Coleman C600 Series control panel graphic overlay with adhesive backing.

Overlay set 605 with blower.

Left section has these 5 buttons.

Smaller right overlay also has 5 buttons - Jets 1, Jets2  Fiber Optics  Internal-Lights and Air Massage.

Use this 10 button overlay set with Coleman control panel.

Features Up and Down arrows on left next to screen cutout.  Has Mode/Program, Invert and Time button. 
Secondary overlay has Jets 1 and Jets 2 as well as Fiber Optics, internal lights and air massage buttons.

One overlay has 5 buttons and the other overlay has 5 buttons too.

Note that the smaller 5 button overlay is now the standard for all similar sets and is no longer available with only 4 or 3 buttons. In that case, you will have a button or two that is non-functional.
