This 11 button control panel has the temperature up and down buttons on the left side and a large screen. It also has Cycle, Select, Mode and Display buttons on the right.

The bottom row of buttons includes View, Light, Air, Jets 1 and Jets 2.  This is the original Sentry Command Center Sundance Spas replacement control panel.
