Heater Specifications

Originally, heater includes 5.5kW heating element, manifold mounted box, J&J mini plug and 48 inch long cord that had 5 wires.  Now shipping with 3 wire cord that has ring terminals.

Operates at 230 volts and is coated with the stronger titanium material.

Titanium tube and element are salt ready.

This heater assembly for Arctic Spas with 5.5kW heater element features pressure tap location located at 90 degrees.  This is a flow through type heater that can also be used at 120 volts (then it is 1.375kW).

Length is 12 inches long by 2 inches with box.  Comes with 48 inch long J&J cord/mini-plug and heater tailpieces.

5.5KW heater assembly operates at 230V and is a 12" TITANIUM FLO WITH 48" CORD AND a 3 wire cord instead of discontinued mini plug.

Titanium heating elements have the unique ability to shed the lime scale they will naturally incur in water before sheath deterioration can begin, making it the most corrosive resistant heating element on the market.

Q:  Old/discontinued systems that had 5 wires - your electrician/installing tech will hard wire the replacement heater directly to the circuit board.  Installing tech would remove the old receptacle wires and install the heater wires.  
Black wire would go where the old black and white wires were, and the new white wire would go where the old orange and red wires were.
