Artesian On Off Valve OP08-0006-48 Gray 600-4227 is a replacement waterfall on/off valve for Artesian and other brand spas.

This water control valve is used in select model Artesian spas, typically to turn a waterfall on and off.

This valve is the ON-Off water valve.  This part is the complete valve with valve internals, not just the knob.
