Island Series Artesian Spa neck pillow cushion for select Island and Tropic Seas models from 2005-2015. 

11-1/2" x 4-1/4" One peg centered on rear

This one does not have the logo as the new ones no longer have it.  OP26-0300-85NL replaces 26-0300-85.

This pillow model 26-0300-85NL is a neck pillow used in Island spas.

    Fits perfectly! The order process was super easy, and Hot Tub Outpost had our "spa headrests" out for delivery the very next day. I will definitely order from them again!

    Quality Product and Shipped Quickly

    Ordered 3 different replacement cushion/pillows for my Artesian hot tub. Quick response via email to my one pre-order question. The order was processed quickly and rec'd status emails when the order was rec'd and when it was shipped, appear to be of a high quality (same as originals,) were shipped & rec'd quickly - and the price was right. I would definitely order from Hot Tun Outpost again.
