Baja Spas replacement spa pillow model 1246 is the standard 10 inch pillow with dome insert section used in several Baja Spas hot tub models including 1042XS, 1044XS and 1046XS (octagon). 

Dome is cutout in pillow but pillow insert is sold separately if needed. BAJA3000 dome

Please note that this same pillow may go under a few different model numbers. The pillow model number is usually stamped in the back of the pillow and it usually says 1246 if you are replacing older style pillows.
