Where's the six or ten star option?

This pump works excellently. I spent nearly two months without a hottub due to finance issues. A friend suggested he attempt the repair. After doing some troubleshooting, he was convinced the problem was my pump, and promised me that if he was wrong, he'd reimburse me the cost of the pump. As usual, he was correct. This pump seems a little bit louder than the old one, but that may just be because the old one was getting worn out. I can live with the noise since the new pump got me walking again. My old bones demand an hour in the hottub every night before bed or it doesn't want to get up in the morning. While I'm supposed to be reviewing the product, I want to throw in a positive word about the woman who helped me through the order. She was knowledgeable without making me feel as ignorant as I really was. KUDOS to the wonderful customer service!
