Original Coast Spas Monster Flow 7HP pump. 

Pump operates at 230v, rated at 20A.  2-speed pump used in select model Coast Spas.

Measures about 20 1/2 inches end to end.   Lower suction fitting has 2 1/4" inner diameter and 3 inch outer diameter.  Larger discharge fitting has 2 1/4" inner diameter but 3 5/8" outer diameter.

Note: You may need to rotate the wet end to line up with your spa's specific plumbing arrangement.  The wet end on this pump can be rotated in 90 degree increments.
Your tech will first remove the cover screws on the pump back cover, It may need a gentle nudge with screwdriver/hammer if it still does not come off. Now the 4 through bolts can be seen that go all the way through the motor end and attach motor to wet end. Remove all 4 bolts about half-way and then turn the loosened wet end in the 90 degree position needed.  Then line up the holes again and screw the 4 bolts back in. In case it was not noticed when removing the pump cover, the flat side goes on the bottom. Tighten the pump cover screws back up and the wet end is successfully rotated. Not bad.  Let us know if you need further documentation on this.

Pump unions for this pump are:

1x 2” union and 1x 2 1/2 inch union (400-5570, 2” union and 400-6010, 2.5” union, pump end assembly and we also have 400-4630 for 3 inch unions if needed.)

The 2 inch unions use o-ring O-43, the 2 1/2 inch union uses o-ring O-245.  The 3 inch unions include the gasket and are not sold separately - see 400-4630 .
