The added benefit of Full Spectrum provides Near, Mid and Far Infrared energy for full benefits in each sauna session.  The lower micron levels of the Near infrared penetrate the epidermis layer of the skin, leading to benefits including inflammation reduction, tissue growth, improved cell health and skin renewal.

The Mid Infrared penetrates the body tissue to improve and increase circulation and blood flow, also reducing muscle and joint pain.

The Far Infrared generates the longest wavelengths to penetrate deeper into tissues – reaching the fatty adipose tissue, breaking down toxins and activating the sweat glands to help you sweat out toxins and impurities.

The Cordoba model’s stylish cabinet is constructed of hypoallergenic Canadian Reforested Hemlock with a tempered glass door and window.   The color is a dark honey colored stain on the outer cabinet with natural wood inside. The sauna comes complete with Chromotherapy Lighting and MP3 Aux-Bluetooth capability.  We suggest using the sauna in the ideal temperature range of 118F-132F, even though the sauna can heat up to 140F.  This sauna is intended for indoor residential use.
