This 2 PSI pressure switch type also fits in the Gecko systems that use a black box mounted on top of the heater.  This one is designed to fit in the limited space.

This 5 volt pressure switch also replaces models 12209, 01515-04, 34-0178A-K, 34-0178A, 4535318, 47-439-1295, 47-439-1300, 510AD0167, 510AD0173, 510AD0249, 800318-3, 800318-4, 800320-3, 800315-3, 74935, 510AD173 and 845220.

Old discontinued version replaced with new model that is silver instead of red.

This pressure switch is used on Gecko M-Class and S-Class spa control systems found in Emerald Spas, Great Lakes Spas, Polynesian Spas and other brand hot tubs.

Also used in Len Gordon packs, HydroQuip and Spa Builders packs.

The switch is identical to this one - only color is different depending on which warehouse we ship from. Specs are exactly the same.  You probably will get one that looks like this here and on bottom, but if a pretty red one shows up, it is just the dye in the plastic on an identical pressure switch - so order with confidence.

Pressure switch rating is 2 psi and the pressure switch amperage is 1 amp 120v/240v.

The plumbing connection size is 1/8" (actual outer diameter is 3/8").  The connection is male pipe thread (mpt) and male national pipe thread (mnpt) and the Pole/Throw is Single Pole normally Open (spno). The pan material is plastic and this is for Gecko systems. 

This pressure switch is identical to 510AD0167 ,  800240-3 ,  800315-3 ,  800320-3.

Ships as new silver color model

This type of pressure switch replaces those used in Coast Spas, Emerald Spas and other brand hot tubs.

Need teflon tape? Best to wrap the threads of the pressure switch with teflon tape to assure a good seal at the pressure switch tap on the heater manifold.

This DTEC replacement pressure switch is a 2PSI 120v switch (aka DTEC1 and DTEC-1) and now ships as 510AD0249 with metal case, still 2PSI, 1 amp, 1/8 inch mpt threads.

Replaces 800318-3 DTEC 1.5PSI 120V

NOTE: Not recommended for adjustment. *If you must adjust switch, use 5mm Hex/Allen Wrench for adjustment. (SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW) Damage to the switch because of improper adjustment is not covered by warranty*

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove adjustment screw cover
2. Using a 5mm Allen Wrench, adjust the screw as follows: 
(1) Increase Pressure:
(2) Decrease Pressure:
Clockwise rotation, the required pressure will gradually increase 
Counter clockwise rotation, the required pressure will gradually decrease
