Wet end can be rotated in 90 degree increments to line up with existing plumbing.

1.0HP Dual Speed Pump – 120V, 60Hz, 2” FBT, 3:00 o'clock Wet End Rotation

This may also require re plumbing between the pump and heater.  The parts are 0604-20 Pump 1/2 Union, 409-020 – 90 deg. Street Elbow and 020032 - Heater Tailpiece, with 1/8 NPT
