Nordic Replacement Suction Fitting Parts Kit

This is a complete parts kit to replace old-style non-VGB compliant suction fittings as found in older Nordic hot tubs.

This kit includes:

• 102306 Suction Body w/ Wallfitting, 2 inch, DSG
• 020009 2 inch Magicmend pipe extender
• 401-020-Tee, 2 inch (sl x sl x sl)
• 0412-20-Shut-Off Valve, 2 inch, sl x spg
• 0604-20-Pump Union, 2", 45 degree
• 37100101-PVC, 2" Schedule 40 Pressure

Note, you may need to drill a larger hole in the spa shell to accommodate the new fitting.

This kit includes 1 foot of hard pvc pipe. Do not use flex hose for this application as it could cause damage to the spa shell.

Special order item - allow 3-5 days for shipment.

Tech note: This type of repair requires advanced installation work including to require the hole in the shell to be cut bigger.
Tech recommends this type of repair to be done by a professional service company.
If the hole is not cut in the correct spot the plumbing does not line up well and the new suction may hit the curve of the shell and not seal.
