Waterway Power Storm hot tub jet used in QCA Spas and by other hot tub brands.

Requires hole size 3 3/4".  This part is the roto, 5-scallop gray jet insert and does not include the jet back.

This is a 5 inch diameter jet face with a rotating center nozzle.

The rear port is 1" diameter with 7/8" diameter opening. Jet depth front to back is 5 1/2" long.
