This is the overlay sticker with QCA artwork that came with your QCA Spa. 

This Majestic Series topside control panel features 2 jet buttons, a blower, light/optics, invert as well as time, temperature up and down and a mode/program button. This is a 10 button Majestic control panel overlay.  Note that the actual control panel is sold separately.
