This item is the louvered filter cover 121224 in midnight canyon color.

Current production filter cover note:

The factory no longer makes the filter covers in many colors, but this one and a few others are still available.  As for style, filter covers are no longer made with a weir door- instead, they are louvered, which is a type of vented slots rather than a large opening. You access your filters by lifting off the cover. These all come with the filter clips. 

Available Louvered Filter Covers
The base of the number will always be 121224. There are three sizes (sml, med, lrg) depending on how many filters the spa uses (1, 2, or 3). A small filter cover would be 121224SL (the L is for louvered), the medium would be 121224ML, and the large 121224LL. 
Colors that may be available include Tuscan Sun (TS), Midnight Canyon (MC), Silver Marble (SM) and Smoky Mountain (SK) and  Storm Cloud (SC) for the complete filter cover.
