Strong Spa Lounge Pillow 12 Inch Logo Evolution Spa with 2 Pins (included).

This stylish Suspended Lounge spa pillow is 12 inches cross and has a center Strong spa logo and 2 pins in back in the extreme left and right position.

This headrest type with 2 pegs in back is also found in Costco spas.  The pins are no longer grey.  They come with the black pins shown in the photo.

Note the 2 pillow pins are sometimes already attached to the pillow and sometimes they are separate in the box.  The pins are now a black color - not grey.  Just pop the flat part into the hold in the pillow.  Once the 2 pins are in the pillow, press the pins (part with the slot) into the receptacles in the spa.
