This pillow replaces Part Number 6455-465 and Insert, 6455-472.

Sundance Spa wrap pillow found in 2001 -2008 hot tub models.  Wrap pillow headrest with the insert offset to the right side of the pillow.

Measures 23" across and 5-1/2" tall.

Uses two plastic screws sold separately if needed  (part number 6570-231) to secure pillow.
