400-9230 Waterway Pump union assembly, 2"union x 1-1/2"slip or 2 inch spigot part number 400-9230.

This union is a 2 inch thread pump union with the back hose/pipe connection being either 1 1/2 inch slip for 1 1/2 inch inner diameter hose to fit into, or it is also 2 inch spigot that fits inside 2 inch inner diameter hose or pipe.

This way you can connect this union to either 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch hose/pipe.
