Ideal internal temperature for pulled pork is about 165 to 195 for that perfect smoke flavor.  Maximum temperature is 275F.  But this will not dry out your barbecue at the ideal temperature of 195 F.  The meat will fall from the bone and is juicy and delicious.

Add wood chips with the wood chip holder for authentic barbecue flavor.

This insulated Electric Smokehouse comes with four smoking racks that allow plenty of room for pork, turkey, sausage, chicken, ham, fish, jerky, vegetables, and more.  This unit is 100° to 275°F thermostatically controlled for that perfect temperature that yields juicy, flavorful meats and fish. Comes with a push-button precision digital control panel and a 0-24 hour digital timer with auto shut-off function.

Add some Western BBQ smoking chips, apple wood chips or Char-Broil Mesquite wood chips for that perfect smoked meat flavor.

Accessories not included are a Leg extension kit to raise the unit higher off the ground if desired and a smoker cover for covering the unit when not in use.


Cleaning Instructions: For cooking racks, water bowl and drip tray use a mild dish detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

For wood chip holder and wood chip loader, clean to remove ash build up, residue and dust.

For the interior and exterior of smoker simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not use a cleaning agent.  See manual for instructions.


• Maximum temperature setting is 275°F (135°C).

• Wood chip loader and wood chip holder MUST be in place when using smoker. This minimizes the chance of wood flare ups.

• Wood chips must be used in order to produce smoke and create the smoke flavor.

• Grease tray may need to be emptied periodically during cooking.

• Do not open smoker door unless necessary. Opening smoker door causes heat to escape.
