55032-02 Duplex Digital VS500 type circuit board with 8 pin phone cable connection type. 

This GPM circuit board is GVS500r2 for GVS500 Balboa spa control systems as found in Great Lakes and other model hot tubs.

VS500 series circuit board.

Found in Great Lakes spas that use the 55031 spa control system and other hot tub models that use VS500 Balboa circuit boards.

Chip Number - GVS500R2(x).  Also replaces 55032-01 and 55032 earlier versions of the board.

VS are Value Series circuit boards that were deigned using Balboa's patented M7 technology.
