When you add BromiCharge to your spa fitted with the In.Clear automatic bromine system, the TDS (total dissolved solids) of the spa water will increase about 1150 ppm (parts per million) per 100 U.S. gallons for every 1 pound of BromiCharge added. 

BromiCharge part nr. 0699-300005 is the only EPA registered sodium bromide for use in spas and is the official sodium bromide of the in.clear water sanitization system for spas.

It makes sense to have several bottles of BromiCharge on hand to avoid running out when you need to refill your spa or top off the existing BromiCharge needed to continuously create the needed sanitizer in your spa water.

Normal operating range of BromiCharge should be between 1400 and 1500 ppm for best results. By adding 1.2 lbs. of BromiCharge per 100 U.S. gallons of water, you should increase the total TDS in your spa by 1440 PPM. Example: If you have a 300 U.S. gallon spa, add 3.5 lbs. (or one full bottle) of BromiCharge. Base TDS.....400 PPM 3.5 lbs. BromiCharge..... 1440 PPM TOTAL PPM after BromiCharge..... 1840 PPM

You will want to maintain a TOTAL TDS of 1600-1900 PPM in your hot tub for best performance. This will give you 1400-1500 PPM of BromiCharge in your spa at all times. So for ideal water chemistry for spa water, add 1.2 pounds of BromiCharge per 100 gallons of water (1440 PPM) on a new refill.

BROMIcharge is the original U.S. EPA registered sodium bromide for use with bromine generators in hot tubs.

If your spa has a bromine salt system installed, simply add Bromicharge to your spa water and bromine for sanitizing your hot tub water will automatically be created. This eliminates the need to buy bromine tablets.

When filling or refilling your spa, add the suggested amount of Bromicharge as specified in your owner's manual. The correct amount of sodium bromide will then be available to your bromine salt system for automatic conversion to bromine sanitizer.

During spa use because of water splash, evaporation or dilution it may also be required to top up the Bromicharge so there is an adequate bromine reserve.

It is suggested to test for available bromine to assure there is enough of a bromine salt reserve in the spa.

The suggested free bromine level should be maintained between 3.0-5.0 ppm.
Always follow manufacturer instructions as well as the instructions printed on the bottle.
