Steps 1-4)  Assemble stand with included hardware (parts slide together and are secured with included twist bolts with handles - no tools)

Step 5 - hang the hammock onto stand.  Step and case go back in bag for easy transport.  Handtighten and loosen included bolts, no tools needed so easy assembly and disassembly for day trips.

Hammock loop fits easily inside the supplied j-hook which attaches to the included hammock stand for easy assembly and mounting.

To extend the life of your hammock, simply slip both ends off of the stand to bring the cotton hammock inside when not in use.  At the end of the season, place the hammock back in the included carry bag to store and your quality cotton hammock will be ready to enjoy for the next season.
